Patricia "Paki" Fernandez
Patricia brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, strategic partnerships, and business development. Her background includes leadership roles as a Marketing Operations Manager with UHealth, a Customer Success Manager overseeing enterprise accounts and national strategic partnerships with leading home care organizations, and a Business Development Manager supporting growth initiatives across home care and healthcare agencies. She is also an active public speaker and mentor, contributing to professional development and leadership growth within the healthcare industry.
Cristina Segredo
Cristina has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and wellness field as both a personal trainer and a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is a practicing physical therapist with extensive experience across the healthcare continuum, including clinical care and research, and is the author of Ageless Fitness, a health guide focused on maintaining fitness and maximizing quality of life in older adulthood. Cristina is also an active public speaker and mentor, committed to education, professional development, and patient-centered care.
